The study of motivation seeks to understand what are the forces that move people in the different dimensions of behavior. Such a study explains the forces or motives that influence people's performance in work situations. Since the performance of the organization depends on the performance of the people. Performance is positive when the result benefits the person, the group in which he participates, a client or the organization in which he works. Performance on these and countless other tasks is influenced by several forces. Among them are the forces called “motives”, which produce the motivation to work.
