Introduction: The symptoms and sequelae resulting from the positive diagnosis of Covid-19 are still being analysed for their impact on the health of the population. Objective: The study seeks to identify possible changes in the memory of university students after the diagnosis of Covid-19. Method: The sampling process was carried out through a stratified probabilistic and simple random sample consisting of 135 participants. Questionnaires were used for data collection. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the results in the general group and by gender. Results: The students presented a memory impairment after diagnosis of Covid-19, demonstrating a lower overall memory classification. Conclusion: The study confirms the alteration in the memory of students who had a positive diagnosis of Covid-19. It is suggested that further research be carried out as well as interventions related to the prevention and treatment of the factors presented.
