This study addresses the importance of standardization and implementation of improvements in a micro-enterprise of snacks in order to optimize production, increase operational efficiency and improve product quality. The main objective seeks to evaluate the impacts of these interventions in the dough preparation, filling and modeling stages, identifying critical points, best practices and existing failures, in addition to investigating investment needs in infrastructure, equipment and employee training for the implementation of improvements. As a method, we chose to carry out a case study in the microenterprise of snacks in question, collecting primary data through interviews with the owners and employees, and analyzing the machinery, production records, quality control and financial performance. The results demonstrate the survey of data and comparative and detailed information about the existing processes in production before and after automation in this micro-enterprise. It was concluded that the standardization and implementation of improvements in a microenterprise of snacks are essential for the growth and success of the enterprise. Through this, the company will be better positioned to face market challenges, achieve customer satisfaction and achieve long-term sustainable growth.
