ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE ORGANIZATION OF POST PANDEMIC EVENTS AND ITS CHALLENGES

The article aimed to analyze the impacts of the pandemic on the Events business, how entrepreneurs in this area managed to reinvent themselves and remain in the market. Considering that the Coronavirus pandemic emerged unexpectedly, on a worldwide scale, affecting the entire society, specifically, in the setting of parties, concerts, events and with government interference through protocols and decrees, the functioning of these organizations has become impracticable. The methodology used was a bibliographical research on theoretical contents about entrepreneurship with a qualitative approach, through documents, articles on the subject. The results indicated negative and positive impacts within the events sector, with financial losses. The bureaucratic influences, through social isolation protocols, use of masks and government proposals for the sector, as well as the strategies adopted by entrepreneurs to remain active in the business, with investment in technologies, social networks, children of new businesses such as events hybrids, virtual, lives, so as not to lose their source of income. It is concluded that, despite the few positive points identified, the greatest impact was financially negative, however, after the pandemic, entrepreneurs sought to continue with the actions taken during the pandemic period, with virtual events, greater security in physical events, in places where the restrictions were already minimized. The creation of new businesses and innovation during the pandemic was one of the identified strategies.
