Abstract

A small drugstore can be seen as a business that sells and manages medicines and health products, with a small physical space and staff. Managing a small drugstore can present specific challenges, such as strict inventory control and strategic purchases. In addition, customer service can be an important differentiator for business success. It also has a manager pharmacist who can be defined as a professional who values both the technical and the human aspects, dividing his time between managing the business and keeping up to date on innovations in the area, without losing focus on the patient and is concerned with select the right people for your team, looking for individuals who are honest, friendly, aligned with the company and genuinely interested in serving the customer.
