THE USE OF SOCIAL NETWORKS AS A METHOD OF EVIDENCE IN THE WORK PROCESS

The present work analyzes the use of social networks in the work environment, since it has become something very present nowadays. Although there are pros and cons related to this practice, most experts agree that it is important to define clear limits and establish specific policies so that employees can use social networks without jeopardizing productivity or compromising the company's security. On the other hand, it is important to emphasize that the excessive use of social networks can harm the company's security, and its inappropriate use in the work environment can even result in just cause, for violating company rules. With a methodology to follow this path, scientific research was necessary, extracting knowledge from general premises. Still taking as a reference the classification of the referred authors adopting indirect documentation, with systematic observations, bibliographic research of primary and secondary sources, in addition to official documentation (bills, message, laws, decrees, precedents, judgments, decisions etc.).
