APPLICABILITY NR-10 WORKS INVOLVING HIGH VOLTAGE (AT)

Abstract

The article addresses the Regulatory Standard 10 (NR-10) which deals with safety in electricity facilities and services. Several times, compliance with the standard is linked to the legal factor, the employee with the employee who is subject to accidents. On the one hand, the employee himself insists on not complying with a rule due to cultural reasons that, not during his entire life, he was never asked to do or does not understand a need. From this, there is a great concern with the relationship of people in the face of the formation of new devices, which must be maintained due to this norm not an obligation, but how to make the relationship with its real importance with the obligation.
