Companies are relevant social actors that generate direct impacts on society, both positive and negative, playing an important role in the implementation of human rights. Humanized companies stand out in this context, having an organizational policy focused beyond profit, aiming for the well-being, both internal and external, of the company. In this sense, this article seeks, as its central objective, to answer the question: How can the implementation of human rights in a humanized company and its sustainability be identified? Alongside this, specifically, this study aims to: i) understand human rights and humanized companies; ii) analyze the United Nations (UN) Guiding Principles regarding the responsibility of companies to respect human rights, encompassing both the prevention and remediation of violations; and iii) examine sustainability and social responsibility within the business context. To this end, a deductive method was used, based on qualitative research through literature review, utilizing articles, books, and websites, as well as relying on current legislation, covering the thematic axes: human rights, companies, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. As a result, it was identified that companies implement human rights through actions aimed at sustainability and social responsibility.
