This study aims to analyze the impact of preceptorship actions on the training of residents in multidisciplinary health residency programs and to investigate how the use of educational technologies can contribute to continuing education, promoting professional qualification and integration between teaching and service. This is an Integrative Literature Review study that carried out a search in scientific databases, using descriptors validated in DeCS/MeSH. 32 studies were selected between 2020 and 2025, in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Content Analysis was used for textual analysis, and the process of organizing and selecting the texts followed the PRISMA Flow Diagram 2020 instrument. The results were divided into the following categories to facilitate understanding of the subject and the synthesis of the evidence found: 1) Training and pedagogical skills of preceptors; 2) Interprofessionality and collaboration in residencies; 3) Educational Technologies and innovation in teaching; 4) Continuing Education as a qualification strategy; 5) Structural and organizational challenges of residencies. It is concluded that preceptorship, supported by educational technologies and continuing education, is essential to qualify training in residencies, despite the existing structural and organizational challenges.
