Police mental health has become a strategic topic in contemporary discussions on public management, occupational health, and institutional governance. This study is part of a series of three scientific articles dedicated to the analysis of Ordinance No. 001/2025-PMAM, which established the Policy for the Prevention and Combating of Workplace Bullying and Sexual Harassment within the Military Police of the State of Amazonas. This third investigation aimed to analyze the mechanisms of implementation, monitoring, support, accountability, and mental health promotion established by the institutional policy. This is a qualitative, documentary, descriptive-analytical, and critical-interpretative study developed through a critical documentary analysis of the Ordinance and its operational instruments. The findings revealed the existence of an institutional framework aligned with contemporary approaches to mental health governance, psychosocial risk prevention, and the protection of human dignity in the workplace. Particularly noteworthy are the institutionalization of qualified listening, risk assessment mechanisms, the establishment of the Permanent Committee for the Prevention and Combating of Workplace Bullying and Sexual Harassment, the integration with mental health policies, and the monitoring and institutional protection mechanisms. It is concluded that Ordinance No. 001/2025-PMAM presents significant potential to strengthen organizational governance, promote police well-being, and contribute to the prevention of organizational violence and occupational suffering within the public security context.
