This study conducts a critical analysis of the planning and execution of a Medical school extension activity. The "NN" project followed a charitable, assistance-oriented model, linking fundraising efforts with accessible basic health services for vulnerable communities in rural NN. The initiative balanced social impact with the development of essential skills, including teamwork, leadership, representation, and management. During the planning phase, students structured the intervention by defining target audiences, strategies, and logistics. However, during execution, conflicts regarding leadership styles emerged, highlighting the vital role of practical experience and the consequences of administrative failures. The findings emphasize the students' ability to adapt and apply knowledge in diverse contexts to achieve effective results. Furthermore, significant progress was observed in the students' organization, maturity, and adaptability when faced with the challenges of academic overload.
