This article aimed to analyze the scientific evidence on the nursing care provided to children who are victims of violence. It is an integrative literature review, with data collection carried out through scientific articles from journals found in the following databases: MEDLINE, LILACS, and BDENF, in Portuguese, using a time frame covering the last 5 years (2019 to 2024). The descriptors used were: Violence, child, and nursing, combined with the Boolean operator "AND", resulting in the analysis of 10 articles. All articles were produced in Brazil, with publications concentrated between 2019 and 2024, with 2021 being the year with the highest number of publications (7 studies), encompassing both national and international journals in the fields of nursing and public health. Regarding the type of study, there is a predominance of qualitative and descriptive studies. The standardization of protocols, educational interventions, and interprofessional collaboration emerge as promising approaches, though still insufficient given the numerous complexities and the significant underreporting of cases. The research made it possible to identify that nursing care for children who are victims of violence is marked by persistent challenges, especially regarding the early recognition of signs, the reporting process, and intersectoral coordination.
