The oncontic colpocytology known as Papanicolau, of performing a cancer cervical women smear and this material for microscopic analysis. This analysis is done with of detecting cytological changes in the cervix, inflammation, lesions and cancer such HPV. Squamous intraepithelial lesions, detected in cytopathological exams, represent a significant incidence rate in the screening of precancerous lesions in order to prevent cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is the third cancer in women, with more than half being fatal. The objective of this work is: to review a bibliographic on the classification of intraepithelial lesions diagnosed in oncotic cytopathology. To answer this question, a survey of guiding and normative data will be necessary, seeking to understand how clearly the damage caused to women's health. Qualitative research must be flexible, as it encompasses studies of a theoretical and methodological nature. The foundation is based on the review of health concepts specifically oncotic cytopathology. In this way, the development of this project will be able to collect data that contribute to the discussion about uterine cancer and the importance of carrying out the cytopathological examination for women's. Since the early diagnosis of lesions can prevent its progression to cancer.
