Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental condition characterized by persistent deficits in social communication and restrictive and repetitive behaviors. This case report presents the clinical-behavioral evolution of a male patient with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), level 2 of support, under nutritional monitoring for 2 years. The intervention promoted significant improvement in communication, compulsive behaviors, gastrointestinal disorders, and family quality of life, with a significant reduction in the total score of the Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC) scale. The case illustrates the importance of nutrition as a primary therapy and basis for other approaches in the management of ASD.
