This article aims to analyze the nurses' duties in the comprehensive health care of women during menopause, highlighting the importance of physical, emotional, and social support during this phase of life. The methodology adopted was an exploratory qualitative bibliographic review, with data collection taking place in BVS, LILACS, BDENF, and SCIELO, focusing on publications between 2019 and 2024. The research revealed that, despite the frequent presence of nurses in primary care, there are still significant gaps in the technical and emotional training of professionals to deal with the symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, insomnia, and emotional changes. In addition, health promotion and emotional support for women during this phase are essential to strengthen their autonomy and quality of life. Nurses play an essential role in providing guidance on self-care and implementing actions that address health in a comprehensive manner, including physical, emotional, and social aspects. The conclusion points to the need for continuous training of nursing professionals and a more humanized care model, focused on comprehensive care.
