MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC RESOURCES: AN ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACTS OF THE APPLICATION OF RESOURCES FROM THE NEW FUNDEB IN THE MUNICIPAL EDUCATION OF BEQUIMÃO – MA

Abstract

This study aims to: Analyze the impacts of the application of FUNDEB resources in Municipal Education in Bequimão - MA, to this end, it has specific objectives: Conceptualize the application of the new FUNDEB in municipal education; analyze legal data on the application of FUNDEB resources; compare data on the information provided about the application of FUNDEB in the municipal network of Bequimão-MA. The methodology used The present study is characterized as a bibliographical research, of a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory nature, through an investigation in the literature of the various types of scientific research in its set of procedures to support logical reasoning, which, according to Praia ; Cachapuz and Pérez (2002), is based on material that had already been constructed, which included scientific articles published in academic journals. It is based on this assumption that we need to think of public management as a form of significant social relevance, we are structured and supported by the legal and normative documents that form all social organization and actions of social individuals. Let alone in the municipal spheres that go through a series of technical and structural problems that have a significant impact on social development and the management of public resources.
