CONTINUING TRAINING OF TEACHERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION OF THE PEDAGOGICAL POLITICAL PROJECT

The paper addresses the relevance of constant improvement of teachers in the preparation and implementation of the Pedagogical Political Project in the municipality of Parnamirim, located in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. We present a bibliographical review based on the main authors who discuss the political pedagogical project and the continuing education of teachers. We also discuss legislation that encourages continuing education in Parnamirim, in addition to providing data collected through a questionnaire with multiple-choice questions. This data is presented in tables and graphs to facilitate understanding, complemented by professionals' opinions obtained in in-depth interviews. We conclude by highlighting the importance of continued training for education professionals and highlight the lack of adequate investment on the part of public authorities in this type of training.
