EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT AS A STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPING SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

Based on this article, an approach was taken regarding the title “Educational management of children as a strategy for the development of school activities”. The main objective was to verify how the educational management process of children can contribute to the organization for the development of actions in the school environment. The methodology adopted a bibliographical research, which provided theoretical support through the collection of information from materials published in books, theses, among others. The exploratory study method was also used, where the basis was to verify to what extent the consulted work is relevant to the research. From this study, information was obtained about the most important concepts to classify the relevance of the role of the school manager as a factor of responsibility and commitment in the development of students and in the interaction of group work in School Education. The role of this management is to seek, through its action strategies, means by which to guide its work team, delegating innovative, creative and organizational ideas to the pedagogical and teaching staff of the school. However, it is very necessary for employees involved in school management to be involved in a constant process of continuing education, learning new techniques and encouraging strategies for playful practices that help students develop in their play. The following topics are highlighted in this scientific article: The concept of early childhood education management, as well as the functioning of the organization in the school environment, the role of the principal and the actions proposed by the management team to strengthen these pedagogical activities.
