ISRAEL AND PALESTINE: AN ONGOING GENOCIDE?

Abstract

This article seeks to analyze the current conflict between Palestine and Israel from a humanitarian perspective, focusing on war crimes and crimes against humanity. The International Criminal Court has already addressed these issues, but global polarization has led to divisions in the narratives surrounding the conflict, often obscuring the true victims of this tragedy. Through this analysis, the aim is to investigate how these conflicting narratives may impact international perception of the situation and humanitarian response.
