Abstract

This course conclusion work deals with the international trafficking of persons for sexual exploitation. This fact happens quite frequently these days and has become one of the most profitable crimes for criminals. In this light, this article had as its preeminent purpose to define the aforementioned crime and explain the aspects that influence sexual exploitation, as well as, it was essential to carry out an analysis of the victim's profile. And later, to deal with the positioning of the Brazilian and international legal system concerning the subject. In addition, it still ponders the issue of consent, since, daily, numerous people are compelled to enter the sex industry abroad. Others, on the other hand, acquiesce to the criminal practice spontaneously. In this sense, the issue of consent appears to be a complex proposition. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the victim's externalization of consent in the face of the illicit, taking into account the various forms of coercion, as well as the reasons that lead a person to be trafficked for sexual exploitation.
