Obesity is a chronic disease defined as the abnormal accumulation or excess of fat, which harms health, causing the individual to develop chronic diseases. Delighted with the false promise of quick and effortless weight loss, people prefer to use weight loss drugs in the hope of acquiring a perfect body without sacrifice, often using these drugs without medical advice. The indiscriminate use of these drugs can cause serious side effects, such as: anxiety, confusion, insomnia, mood swings and violent behavior.
