TRANSITION BETWEEN SCHOOL MANAGEMENT: CHALLENGES RELATED TO TEACHERS, EMPLOYEES, FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AND SCHOOL MATERIAL

Abstract

The concept of school management has gained strength and importance in recent decades, as society begins to recognize the fundamental role of the school in the development of society. In this sense the present research aimed to observe which challenges govern the transition between two administrations, problems related to the general functional framework (teachers and employees), pedagogical and administrative (financial and material). For the construction of this research, the narrative literature review was used as a way to condense the experiences brought by other studies. Thus, with the data analysis it is possible to understand the challenges and difficulties presented in the way of educational managers in periods of transition of school management and also to observe the possible solutions to overcome these mishaps.
