THE SOCIETY ANONYMOUS DE FOOTBALL AND THE IMPACTS ON THE PAYMENT OF LABOR DEBT

Abstract

This project aims to analyze the responsibility of the Anonymous Football Associations for the payment of labor debts arising from the football relationship both directly and indirectly, analyzing, for that, the ways of constituting the Anonymous Football Society, the current Brazilian football scenario, and the central execution regime. In this area, studies carried out by large research centers were taken into account, such as Banco Itaú, which demonstrated the economic gap in which the main Brazilian teams are in relation to the large European centers. However, this article also analyzes the LSAF and its legal precepts.
