Abstract

The application of automation was started after the requirement of multinational pharmaceuticals company P&F ( Perfumes & pharmaceutical corporations ) to have a full controller of automation systems of refrigeration equipments, to control the communication, and full effective maintenance on the system in question, that is under supervision of a third-party company, where such modification to the technology already present in the factory at the contrologix 5000 Rockwell”s PLC, will result in cost reduction, Improve the control through day-to-day system variables, and possibilities for improvements  without large expensive cost to make, besides to apply in others headquarters scattered around in the world. With the startup the project, issues such as humidity control will be addressed, activation of heating resistances and ambient pressure control being read simultaneously.
