THE PRINCIPLE OF EQUALITY IN AFFIRMATIVE ACTIONS AND THE QUOTE POLICY

Abstract

This article studies the institute of affirmative action in Brazil, as an important instrument for the promotion of human rights at the national level, with emphasis on Quota policies. The objective is to show how Brazil has been implementing affirmative policies for the protection and promotion of human rights.
