In many municipalities there are problems with adequate care at health post for People with Disabilities (PwD). This article aims to presente a study on the accessibility of the intrastructure of Primary Health Care services in a municipality in the southwest of Minas Gerais for PwD. The acction research method was used, which consists of three stages: diagnosis, intervention and apprehension. The research was carried out in 12 Family Health Units (USF) in the studied municipality. Data collection was carried out using the “Basic Roadmap for Assessing Accessibility in Buildings of the Public Ministry of Minas Gerais”. The result obtained was, among the inadequacies found, some with greater emphasis, which were the lack of parking spaces for PwD and the lack of factile signage, in all the USF surveyed. Rearging the corridors for internal circulation, a total of 91.66% of the units were found to be smalles than 1.50 meters, in addition to the lack of accessible bathrooms for 75% of the units. The lack of adequate drinking fountains occurred in 83.33% of the units studied and the presence os steps at the entrance or inside the units occurred in 16.67% of the units. In this way, it can be concluded that there is no USF that is fully adequate for the care of PwD.
