With great honor, I readily accepted the composition of the foreword to this book.
The inaugural work of the interlocution between Revista REASE and Plataforma Equidade Brasil. The digital book, DIREITO: RESEARCHES BASED ON CRITICAL APPROACHES - Coletânea Equidade Brasil, a collection composed of 6 chapters that brings together researchers/lawyers from several institutions and a large orb of law. The purposeful meeting of these authors contemplates the discussions and themes that surround the legal areas under the prism of the vastness of social textures.
In this volume, we have included topics related to labor relations and COVID after the Brazilian Labor Reform - Law 13,467/2017 and the measures adopted by the State in order to minimize the effects of the pandemic on the internal labor market. In the sequence, the debate was adsorbed due to the particularities of the custody species defined by the Brazilian legislation, notably, the shared custody, without losing sight of the historical overview about the institute in allusion.
The third chapter focused on Customs Law, closely examining imports and exports in Brazilian jurisdiction. The discussion of the matter brought a pertinent analysis on the lack of practical criteria used by the tax justice, with regard to inspection, allowing the insight into the rules that regulate the Brazilian customs tax legislation.
In the following, the book on screen, the author and organizer of this treaty weighed the principle of legal certainty with a focus on the Unified Order Examination of the OAB. Discussions were initiated by the historical breviary on Brazilian law, demonstrating the legal evolution and the consequences for those involved in the said exam and the Public Administration of the country.
The penultimate chapter took pains to present the structure of criminal organizations – a recurrent theme in frequent social, legal and media discussions in the national context and its transnational ramifications. The research corpus explored the entanglement of organized crime in Brazil and the harm caused.
Closing the work in thesis, the last chapter reflected on the civil responsibility for the affective abandonment of the woman after the marital dissolution. The careful consideration of moral relations within society.
Given the above, and therefore, we invite all readers to discuss confabulations with the research designs contemplated here.
