Abstract

In possession of the constructs of the noble jurist Miguel Reale on the dimensions that underlie the Law. Thus, maintaining a dialectical correlation — the Factor, Value and Standard, making Law a fundamentally social, axiological-normative structure.

This legal framework escorts the reading of this book. The thematic points discussed, converge to the Fact, and the unfolding of the episodes that sprout the Law.

Exordially, the rise of digital tools coined with the aim of disseminating narratives, proves to be a factual problem that provokes the right in the face of everyday social life and the obstacles of contemporary realities.

Sequentially, the discussions are based on the wound against women and the legal mechanisms coined to resolve domestic and family violence, allocating the State in its role as guarantor of the Law.

In the field of violence, a theme that permeates the chapters of the book, Legal Preludes — Debates, Challenges and Conquests, public security presents itself as one of the greatest national challenges, given the escalation of violence in its multifaceted daily manifestations.

This theoretical scenario calls the operator of the Law to his role as peacemaker and legitimate representative of the commons, armed by the force of the Law.
