The violence imposed on women dates back thousands of years, and its origin comes from a system of domination, subordination, which determine the functions of each sex in society, being patriarchy, a practice exercised progressively, and based on representations and behaviors that are based, for a long time, on essentialist discourses such as – if, by a biological/genetic determination, the superiority of man is undeniable both by society, state and religion. As a consequence, this social thought continues to import violations of rights, and imposed on women the condition of inferiority in relation to men, externalized through various types of violence, from physical and sexual subjugation, controlling women's lives consciously and unconsciously, because, in a social environment in which the people and the State continue to feed patriarchy, it continues to live, covering a series of violence against women in the 21st century, bringing difficulties to their conquests and egalitarian spaces, given that patriarchy brings the inferiority of women, in relation to men, as if they were an object, a thing to be acquired, having as a thought their inferiority due to their capacity in all areas and in all senses, leaving women always with a feeling of being less, because, even though there are rights and laws to protect women, and remember that they have equal rights, society's thinking continues to feed violence, and consequently fed their sons to behave in a superior and freer way, and their daughters but oppressed and submissive, thus generating patriarchy, which reverberates in violence.
