Abstract

Fractures, by definition, it is the loss of the continuity of the bone tissue; it happens when there is an interruption in the continuity of the bone, can be a complete or incomplete breaking; It is the loss of the capacity of the bone usually transmitting the load during the movement, for losing of the structural integrity. The fractures are preceded history of direct traumatism or falls over happening in bones complete or healthy. The high number of Traumatized patients included bearers Fractures that is why motivated the accomplishment of this work; It is relevant the fact of the traffic accidents is in the base of the fractures emergence; The objective of this work is exactly to reduce the cases of agape fractures in Cela Township Hospital, as well as determining their possible causes, complications in the attacked patients. The study type used for confection of the work was the qualitative model, Descriptive and Longitudinal Prospective; However it is fundamental to refer that the research type tends in consideration the selected model, it stuck in the descriptive way, that it made possible understanding of the studied phenomenon so that the base of this was the description of all of the elements; The used methods were, Mathematical Methods, Theoretical and Empiric; However the ministration of lectures and an education for the returned efficient health the causes, it can reduce the growth rate of agape fractures cases in Cela Township Hospital.
