Methods: Descriptive-qualitative study developed from an integrative research. Ten-year time cut was used, from 2011 to 2020. Results: It is essential that nurses and their staff work with cohesion and quality determined by their conduct, so that there is health education offered with the maximum opportunity for growth and that it provides and empower professionals more and more, so that they create and experience care aimed mainly at the dignity of other people's lives, and that the patient, with certain actions, feels welcomed and has promotion focused on their health. Conclusion: Thus, we conclude that there is a need to promote health, with effectiveness aimed at health education, as long as it is qualitatively disdained in the treatment and continuity of determinants in health-disease.
