Abstract

Abstract: In the present day we have experienced the individuals' individuality in the face of so many innovations that society has offered us, one of them is technology. This has led the individual to ostracism which, often or mostly, causes us to close ourselves and leaves us insensitive to what is happening around us. In schools, the look at the other has lost space, education has become mechanistic. Many of us educators have a stressful routine that often does not allow us to have a sensitivity when it comes to the other. In order to contribute to the formation of needy children and, consequently, to form the social educator, there are centers that allow this differentiated look. The present study deals with the social educator, his importance in the classroom, his training and his look at the other. The main objective is to think about the relevance that this educator has in the life and formation of children who are in a state of attention. We believe that its action in the teaching-learning process can contribute to the infant being able to find his place in the world and for this to happen it is necessary to have a training that will lead the educator to an awareness of the urgency of safe and sensitive mediation.
