CONDITIONING FACTORS DETERMINING INTERNAL SCHOOL WORK: MANAGEMENT ACTIONS AND PEDAGOGICAL COORDINATION

This article is the result of an investigation into internal determining conditioning factors in the development of the work of the manager and the pedagogical coordinator in the school environment. The research was developed during the course component Supervised Internship in Management and Pedagogical Coordination in School Environments, of the Full Degree Course in Pedagogy at the Federal University of Pará, between January and December of the year 2019. It is about an exploratory-descriptive investigation carried out based on observations and experiences within two schools, one from the private network and the other from the public school system. It aims to identify the internal determining conditioning factors and their possible interferences in the work performance of the Manager and the Pedagogical Coordinator of these educational establishments. The results indicate that the activities developed by the professionals of the two schools analyzed are directly influenced by internal determinant conditioning factors that present themselves in some moments in different and punctual ways, in other moments it is shown in a common and normalized way in these institutions, emphasizing in the actions political-social character exercised by these agents. They point to some problems resulting from the internal determinants that have been identified and that are latent, becoming obstacles to be overcome, because, often, the result of them is the illness of these professionals Pedagogical Managers and Coordinators, caused by the lack of perception and understanding by them that there is a strong influence of these factors in their professional actions within these schools.
