: Through this article, it is intended to analyze and identify bullying at work, in which it seeks to discuss and debate ideas about the civil responsibility of the employer in these cases. Using the method of data collection, as well as bibliographic research, it will be based on the study of legal doctrines, documentary research through jurisprudence, the study and finally analysis of legislation. At the end, present methods of preventing and repairing the damage suffered by the causative agent.
