The present work aims to show that the Constitution supported the elderly, and demonstrates that the elderly belong to a class that is aging and bringing greater volutions to society and for the elderly themselves. According to the Statute of the Elderly, Law No. 10,741 of October 1, 2003, which establishes the Statute of the Elderly, has on the role of the Family, community, society and public authorities to ensure the elderly, with absolute priority, the effectiveness of the right to life, health, food, education, culture, sport, leisure, work, citizenship, freedom, dignity, respect and Family and community coexistence. The results obtained allow to highlight information relevant to the various tour operators and raise awareness of these same agents for the social responsibility of adapting tourist services and resources to the specific needs of tourists as well as for the business opportunities associated with these adaptations.
