The present research investigates the role of personalized teaching as a strategy to meet the singularities of students in the context of digital culture. The debate focuses on the integration between active methodologies and technological resources, such as artificial intelligence and gamification, to create customized learning paths. Through a qualitative analysis based on a bibliographic survey, practical experiences in areas such as mathematics, sciences, physical education, and literature are examined. The results indicate that the use of algorithms and digital games favors engagement and inclusion by offering challenges suited to the competence level of each student. The investigation highlights that technology acts as a support for a formative perspective that values playfulness and the diversity of affects in the school environment. The offered reflections seek to subsidize the development of disruptive actions that transform teaching practice into a more flexible, efficient process sintonized with individual national learning paths.
