This study aimed to analyze the sociodemographic profile, patterns of domestic violence, and referral pathways of women assisted at the Women’s Support Center in São Benedito, Ceará, from 2022 to 2025. This documentary study was based on the analysis of 206 medical records, with data systematized using a standardized instrument and examined through descriptive statistics. The results showed a predominance of young, mixed-race women with low educational attainment and precarious or absent employment, revealing structural vulnerabilities associated with domestic violence. Psychological violence was the most frequent type, followed by physical, moral, and patrimonial violence; cases of sexual violence were also identified. Associated health conditions such as anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, and hypertension were documented. The most common referrals included social assistance, psychological support, legal guidance, and protective measures, although some users discontinued follow-up. Domestic violence in the municipality demonstrates a multifaceted nature involving social, economic, and emotional factors that affect women’s health and autonomy. The findings provide evidence to strengthen the protection network and improve local public policies addressing violence against women.
