This article aimed to analyze the effectiveness and imperative need for the implementation of Tactical Pre-Hospital Care (TPHC) specifically in the ordinary troops of the Military Police of Amazonas (PMAM). The research problem centers on the vulnerability of the radio patrol officer who, although being the first responder in high-risk incidents, frequently lacks equipment and training for trauma stabilization in conflict zones. The methodology employed consisted of an integrative bibliographic review, of an exploratory and descriptive nature, conducted through consultation of the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and PubMed databases, with a time frame between 2020 and 2024. The results indicate that TPHC represents a significant advance in the approach to emergencies, combining medical skills with police tactics. The integration between security forces and health services demonstrates positive impact on response time and quality of care. It is concluded that the institutionalization of TPHC in the basic curriculum of the PMAM constitutes not only a technical qualification, but a strategy for police survival and preservation of social life, demanding integration with health systems to ensure continuity of care from the hot zone to definitive treatment.
