Abstract

In the treatment of fractures, postoperative physiotherapy plays a critical role in preventing complications and aiding patient recovery. The primary objective of this study was to systematize the available evidence on physiotherapy interventions applied in the postoperative period of fibular tendon injuries associated with fractures, thereby promoting the resumption of daily activities without limitations, with an emphasis on restoring functionality and minimizing risks that could compromise the clinical condition, focusing on improving mobility. Conducted as a literature review, the research analyzed 10 scientific articles, and the findings suggest that individualized interventions are highly effective in the postoperative rehabilitation of fibular tendinitis, reinforcing the importance of personalized approaches and highlighting the need for studies with larger samples to validate these results.
