This article aims to problematize and reflect on the phenomenon of Venezuelan refugees in Brazil, their integration into Brazilian society and the job market. The research is justified, given that the Venezuelan migratory flow has generated impacts on society, with Brazil having a legal duty to welcome them and ensure the protection of their human rights. Using bibliographic and documentary research from scientific articles, books, journalistic materials, government reports and civil society organizations, as well as ordinary laws and the Federal Constitution of 1988, it was concluded that the Brazilian State has made efforts to guarantee the human rights of refugees, part of the population does not accept Venezuelan refugees and contributes to their non-integration into Brazilian society and the labor market, making their social inclusion difficult.
