Lymphoma is a type of cancer that affects the lymphatic system and is prevalent in children and adolescents. Epidemiological analysis of this type of cancer in specific regions can help identify patterns and plan public health policies. This study aims to investigate the incidence of lymphoma in pediatric patients in southern Brazil, from 2019 to 2023. The objective is to analyze the distribution of lymphoma cases in children in southern Brazil, identifying factors such as age, sex, and mortality rate. This is a descriptive, retrospective, and quantitative study. Data from the DATASUS public health platform were used, covering the period from 2019 to 2023. The data collected included number of cases, demographic characteristics of patients, and clinical outcomes. The analysis showed a higher prevalence of lymphoma in boys than in girls, with the most affected age group being between 10 and 14 years. The mortality rate ranged between 5% and 7% during the study period. There has been a progressive increase in the number of cases over the years. The epidemiology of pediatric lymphoma in southern Brazil has shown moderate growth, with defined demographic patterns. These data reinforce the importance of prevention and early diagnosis strategies to improve clinical outcomes.
