Abstract

This article analyzes the role of digital inclusion in strengthening democracy in the Brazilian judicial system, with an emphasis on its relationship with fundamental rights. In the context of accelerating technological evolution, digital inclusion emerges as an essential tool to expand citizen participation in the democratization process, promoting access to information and political engagement. Democratization through digital platforms is discussed, focusing on the expression and organization of historically marginalized and vulnerable groups. Challenges such as combating misinformation and the relevance of public policies that promote the universalization of technology and the development of digital capacity are also addressed. The study reinforces inclusion as a central pillar for a democratic and participatory society.
