This is a descriptive bibliographic review, with a qualitative approach, based on scientific publications available in the VHL, SciELO and INCA databases. Complete articles published between 2019 and August 2024 were included, and repeated literature or those from professionals with no experience in the area were excluded. It was demonstrated that nurses play a crucial role in holistic care, promoting comfort and quality of life. The qualified performance of nurses contributes significantly to the well-being of patients and families, highlighting the importance of humanizing care.reputation for the corporate institution's image in the face of attacks and criticisms of the quality of its products and services, inevitably exposing its brands in social networks.
