Abstract

This study explores ethics and responsibility in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in entrepreneurship, highlighting the challenges and essential guidelines for responsible implementation. With the advancement of AI, ethical issues such as algorithmic bias, data privacy, and transparency in processes arise, requiring a cautious approach by entrepreneurs. Through interviews with entrepreneurs from the Cariri Cearense region, the research identified a growing awareness of the importance of ethics in the use of AI, although there are still difficulties in formalizing policies that ensure responsible practices. The interviews revealed that transparency and responsibility are crucial elements for social acceptance and strengthening trust in AI-based solutions. The study suggests the need for government regulation and continuous training to support entrepreneurs in creating an innovation environment that respects human values. In conclusion, the ethical use of AI in entrepreneurship is essential to promote a relationship of trust with society and achieve a positive and sustainable impact.
