This article sought to discuss the clinical and radiological analyzes of topical and ectopic pregnancy, analyzing the particularities of each within the topic. A topical pregnancy is one in which the implantation, fixation and development of the embryo occurs inside the uterus, where there is an exchange of nutrients and maternal-fetal oxygen, when it occurs outside the uterine cavity it is called an ectopic pregnancy. To carry out this work, articles with scientific evidence were searched for the key words ´´Topical pregnancy´´, ´´Ectopic pregnancy´´, ´´Radiological findings´´, covering the clinical and radiological aspects. From a radiological point of view, transvaginal ultrasound is the main means of diagnosis and monitoring in both cases. This method is the test of choice and makes it possible to observe the position of the gestational sac, check if there is an image outside the uterus and the presence of blood in the pelvic cavity.
