RIGHTS OF THE SINGLE MOTHER AND THE OBLIGATION OF RESPONSIBLE PARENTING

Abstract

This article addresses the topic "Single mother's rights and the obligations of responsible parenthood". With the aim of developing the process of evolution of women's rights, the obligation of the father and his responsibility from pregnancy until the conversion of these rights into alimony after the birth of the child. It mentions the rights of children and the importance of living with their father, since, based on research, children are affected and harmed by the father's lack of responsibility in living with his child. It also details the time of the father's obligation and the responsibilities that fall mainly on him, in relation to alimony, where the percentage of the amounts and the great importance of gestational support are addressed, regarding the legal nature of alimony. All of this refers to the rights and duties that fall under the responsibility of the single mother, who is responsible for the child in the father's absence. It also deals with the general rights of the mother, helping the strong and warrior women of this country. As well as mentioning and making it clear that the rights and duties of the father are of paramount importance for the life of a child, from the moment he is observed as a newborn until adulthood. Showing the reflection that affects them according to what is represented in their daily life, in the legal form as well as in the psychological form.
