This article examines the influence of organizational culture and climate on employee happiness, using a company certified by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) in Juazeiro do Norte - Ce as a case study. The research seeks to demonstrate that a strong organizational culture and a positive climate are essential for employee well-being and productivity. For this, data were collected through interviews and questionnaires developed by the organization studied. The results reveal that a relaxed work environment, where employees feel valued and motivated, contributes significantly to satisfaction and happiness at work. Factors such as recognition, growth opportunities, training, leadership support and an environment of mutual trust emerged as crucial elements. It is concluded that the implementation of practices that promote a positive organizational climate and a robust organizational culture can be a competitive differentiator in the business sector, increasing engagement and the results that the organization seeks. This study offers valuable insights for managers and leaders seeking to transform their organizations into more enjoyable and productive workplaces.
