Low back pain is pain located in the lower region of the spine that may or may not be associated with pain in the lower limbs, which has a multifactorial etiology. Such pain generates systemic involvement, as it impacts the quality of life, as well as the emotional health of patients. Regarding the elderly population, it is known that low back pain is prevalent and highly disabling. In this experience report, the objective was to describe the importance of the Singular Therapeutic Project (PTS) to propose therapeutic measures, in order to improve quality of life. Thus, a descriptive study was carried out with a qualitative approach of the experience report type, in which the construction of a PTS was described, arising from an anamnesis guided by the clinical scales of the comprehensive geriatric assessment (AGA). In this way, all the results of the scales obtained were interpreted, thus generating guidance for the diagnosis of what most impacts the health of the elderly person in question. From this, therapeutic interventions were proposed to alleviate complaints that interfere with the patient's quality of life. Therefore, the experience was positive, because it was possible to propose basic but effective actions to alleviate our patient's complaints.
