Racial quota are a very discussed theme when it comes to historical reparation, opportunities and equality for all, in several countries, including Brazil. However, However, we are witnessing its application that has been the subject of discussion regarding those who are being served by this Quota Law. In this article, I want to present adverse points and also relevant points in the application of the law, presenting content and comments from those who support and those who disagree with the ideas applied in this law.As I said, it came in the form of a law to remedy a difficulty that many people have in entering a University through normal means, and here I want to mention the Entrance Exams, which are often unfair due to the fact that they contain content that is often not covered. In the public education network so that it can prepare well those who aspire to enter the University and thus have the same opportunities given to those who study in private schools that have in their educational curriculum a broad portfolio that helps and prepares them well for this entry and with this have more advantages over others who had a lower education. Not to mention those who did not have even a minimum level of education, who are now included in this law as indigenous people.
