The european continent is at war, this reality puts at risk the global village that we live. The facts narrated in the text are real. From the teachings of Immanuel Kant on the moral level we will see guidelines for the end of the tragedy. At the heart of our questions wee will have a challeging and fundamental: a war could be just? Kant will be our interlocudor for such a difficult inquiry. We defend the following point of view: the war resulted not only in the loss of lives on both sides, the destruction of Ukrainian fields, buillings and monuments. What was lost? Mainly the ability to enlightenment, along kantian lines, of Ukrainian people. Enlightenment of free ideas and acts in the private and public dimension.
